Marty Gilchrist is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in office and medical properties throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. With over 25 years of experience, she has the opportunity to negotiate an extensive number of contracts and leases on behalf of Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants. As a former commercial interior designer, Marty leverages her creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to provide property owners and users with the most functional and cost-effective client focused solutions for each project. During Marty’s career, she has assisted both local and national clients in site selection, financial analysis, negotiations and development of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Marty worked with Reece Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Brokerage Associate.
