As Chief Operating Officer, Americas, Morgan is responsible for ensuring our people and the Americas operations have the right processes, capabilities and infrastructure in place to deliver at scale. His team is focused on maintaining a culture of collaboration and providing exceptional service to those who serve our clients.

Morgan is currently the Co-Chair of the Global Investment & Risk Committee that helps advise on the use of capital and capacity, along with the firm’s risk tolerance for its investments. He also serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Future Leaders ERG and enjoys providing leadership and mentorship to those new to the real estate industry and trying to find the right people for the right career role.

Prior, Morgan served as Executive Managing Director of Americas Strategy, Investments and M&A (SIMA) at Cushman and Wakefield. He was tasked with assisting the executive leadership with developing and leading the implementation of certain strategies, including maintaining a target-to-close acquisition process that evaluated opportunities and ensured they were in line with strategic goals.

Before Cushman and Wakefield, Morgan worked at Protiviti as an independent risk consultant advising and managing projects for large publicly-held companies focused on strategy advisory, process efficiency reviews and internal control management.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Harding University.
