Nick Kolbus is a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets Division of Cushman & Wakefield, working alongside Dylan Walsh to oversee the investment sales arm in the Queens borough. Prior to joining C&W, Nick worked with Dylan on Marcus & Millichap’s New York Multifamily team. At C&W, he has been actively involved in the sale of over $350 million in commercial property.

As a fourth-generation real estate broker, Nick has an extensive real estate background ranging from investments and brokerage to property management and development. Nick’s career started in his hometown of Peoria, IL managing a portfolio of investment properties and assisting in the operation of his family’s full-service brokerage. Nick attended Indiana University where he studied Business Management as well as Social and Historical sciences.
