Nicky is Founder and Managing Director of CWProprius, Cushman & Wakefield's affiliate partner in Greece.

Nicky has been with Cushman & Wakefield or its Alliance partner company since 1991 and headed CW Hellas since its start of operation in 2004. In 2005 she has been awarded the position of Partner in C&W while in January 2011 she founded Proprius the result of reorganization of C&W’s Greek operation.

Over the past 25 years Nicky has concluded several of the most high profile investment sales and lease transactions in the Greek commercial market and provided high-level strategic advice to owners/investors. Over her long career has developed strong and loyal client relationships with a broad spectrum of firms. Nicky is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences in both Greece and abroad and a member of recognized international institutions - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), ULI, ICSC.
