About

After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics and a minor in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies, Patrick began his career as an appraiser in 1996 at CBRE.  After transitioning to brokerage in 1998, Patrick helped build a market-leading Investment Sales platform at CBRE.  During his 26 year tenure at CBRE, Patrick sold several billion dollars of commercial real estate in Central Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, including nearly every downtown office tower in Hartford and several suburban office and industrial portfolios. 

In 2024, Patrick accepted a position at Cushman & Wakefield, expecting to build a similar very successful Investment Sales platform.  Patrick also has an office leasing practice for key clients.
