Richard Ryall Ledyard is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company. Ryall was raised in Clarence, NY where his family settled after his father, Grant Ledyard, finished his long-time NHL career. Ryall graduated from the University at Buffalo Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. Additionally, Ryall was involved in the Honors program, which is compromised of the top 25 students within the School of Management.

Prior to attending UB, Ryall played Junior ‘A’ hockey in Toronto, Ontario where he would win 2 Ontario Junior Hockey League Championships and several awards. Ryall’s extensive background in athletics has helped him develop a professional discipline and work ethic that is recognized by all those who work with him.

Ryall joined Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company as an Intern in May of 2018 while completing his Undergraduate Degree at the University at Buffalo. Ryall joined the Pyramid Team full time in May 2019 after graduation. His focuses is in Office Sales and Leasing. Ryall’s outgoing personality, drive, and involvement with the community accompanied with his background in marketing, research, and business allows him to create the best strategy available to fit your needs and goals.
