Mr. Colon is part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, representing institutional quality office and industrial investment properties in Florida. Rick is currently partnered with Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, and Dominic Montazemi, who direct C&W’s institutional investment transactions throughout the State of Florida. Since 2018, the team, which specializes in representing some of the largest and most sought-after owners, developers, and users who wish to dispose, acquire, develop, and finance real estate locally and around the globe, has completed over $8 billion in transactions.  

Rick has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2009 and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rick completed over $135 million of investment sales at DTZ and was a member of CLW Real Estate Service Group’s Financial Services Team, where he assisted in the underwriting of over 2.2 million square feet for acquisition, disposition, and development, and more than 6.0 million square feet of lease.
