With 27 years of industry experience Rick currently serves as Executive Vice Chairman in Cushman & Wakefield’s Orange County, California office. 

Rick is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), an Industry leading national investment sales practice group dedicated to delivering best in class service to industrial clients. His focus is on advising institutional and private investors in the purchase, sale and development of industrial properties along the US west coast. With an extensive background in industrial leasing, Rick has unique insights into market fundamentals and development underwriting. He has participated in assignments totaling more than 50 million square feet with a combined consideration in excess of $30 billion.  

Rick is a consistent top producer within Cushman & Wakefield regularly ranking within the top 25 brokers annually.
