Rob Cullen is a Senior Associate in the New York Middle Market Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield,
where he works with Daniel Abbondandolo, Managing Director, focusing Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island
and Queens.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Rob was a Senior Sales Consultant at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s in the Sea Cliff / Glen Head
office. He specialized in luxury sales throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. Focusing on high-end product, Rob has
gained incredible knowledge in customer service and client expectations. During his residential real estate career, Rob
built significant relationships with luxury home builders and developers which encourages his transition to investment
sales and capital markets.

Prior to Rob’s career at Daniel Gale Sotheby's, he was a former Member / RCMM on the Floor of the NYSE. He
currently resides in Sea Cliff, NY with his lovely wife Heather and their three boys. He is passionate about skiing, golf,
and spending time with his three sons.
