Ryan Baker is an experienced industrial commercial real estate broker specializing in tenant and landlord representation, investment acquisitions, land transactions, and occupier sales. He has led high-profile assignments such as securing Nestle Waters’ 294,388 SF lease in Greenwood, IN, facilitating a 218.67-acre land sale for Tresslar to Sunbeam Development Corporation (2020 Transaction of the Year Award), and managing 1 million+ SF of industrial development at Washington Business Park in Noblesville, IN.

Ryan has earned multiple accolades, including the Cushman & Wakefield Transaction of the Year (2020) and four-time President’s Club recognition (2017-2020).
