After attending the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with dual concentrations in Real Estate and Global Analysis with a minor in Japanese Studies, Ryan spent five years with Colliers Philadelphia as their Market Research Analyst – servicing brokers across office, retail, and industrial asset types – before making the decision to shift specifically to the industrial market as a Senior Research Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield.  

From the composition of market reports, to the maintenance of proprietary commercial real estate databases, and to the bolstering of Research’s thought leadership content and outreach, he has established his roots within the commercial real estate sector while lending his expertise to highly successful brokerage teams. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending his time gaming, watching science fiction and horror films, and reading novels and comics. He currently resides in the Old City district of Philadelphia.
