Ryan Korzekwinski is a senior associate on one of the region’s top producing brokerage teams. Through the team’s omnichannel brokerage methodology, Ryan is able to help his client’s in all aspects of Long Island’s Commercial Real Estate Market including but not limited to sale and lease of industrial and office/medical assets as well as investment sales. Ryan joined Cushman and Wakefield when he saw the potential in the under-utilized medical and life science assets throughout Long Island.

Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Ryan worked at an elite, local boutique industrial brokerage as a Tenant Representative where he was able to close over a dozen deals in his first year despite the lowest industrial vacancies in Long Island History. Ryan also has experience on the Landlord’s side as he worked for a prestigious local landlord as a lease administrator, in a role which gave him the ability to understand what goes into making a property fiscally successful. Ryan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance.
