Samantha Rupert joined Cushman & Wakefield in August of 2019 where her primary responsibilities include overseeing a team of professionals focusing on industrial product type as well as the day to day operations of distribution and flex facilities throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Service Goals include establishing positive relationships with clients through responsiveness, tenant retention and meeting financial performance goals. 

Samantha moved to Las Vegas in 2008 after graduating college and began her real estate career working for a private owner developer. Several years later, she moved into third party management where she has worked with local firm Gatski Commercial along with global brands Newmark Knight Frank and Avison Young. Samantha has 10 years of experience in commercial asset management dealing with various product types industrial, retail and office assets. Early in her career she began focusing her efforts on working predominantly with institutional grade industrial product which continues to be her passion in the commercial real estate industry.
