Sanjeev Advani has joined the Bakersfield brokerage team as a Director. Sanjeev will be focusing on retail leasing and sales as well as multifamily properties, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.

Born and raised in Bakersfield, Sanjeev graduated from California State University Bakersfield with a degree in Finance and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Southern California. With over 16 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Sanjeev has owned and sold his own real estate sales and property management company, while also earning his designation as a Certified Property Manager.

Sanjeev is actively involved in the community, serving as the President of the Board for Habitat for Humanity Golden Empire and Chair of the Commercial Investment Committee with the Bakersfield Association of Realtors.
