About
Sarah is a licensed attorney who spent ten years in private and in-house law practice within the commercial real estate industry before joining Cushman & Wakefield. She focused on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, representing a broad array of clients in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, construction, management, and financing of complex commercial, industrial, retail, medical, special use, and multifamily real estate projects. This resulted in her involvement in over $5B in real estate transactions across the US, Canada, and Latin America to date. As a knowledgeable real estate dealmaker with executive-level experience, Sarah has the unique perspective of understanding the immediate and long-term business objectives of an occupier and how they intersect with legal needs.
Sarah brings her legal expertise into an advisory role at Cushman & Wakefield, where she streamlines the negotiation and drafting process of leasing transactions. She consults with brokers, occupiers, and their legal counsel in a comprehensive “soup to nuts” approach. Sarah’s services in developing, drafting, reviewing, and redlining lease transaction documents and other contracts maximize efficiency and resources for occupiers across asset classes and markets.
Cushman & Wakefield is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or advice. All parties should engage independent legal counsel to review any documentation prior to execution.
