Scott Wilson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 as an Associate Director. Prior to that, he worked for O’Connor Consulting Group for 25 years as a Senior Market Analyst. While at O’Connor Consulting Group, Scott performed a wide array of commercial appraisal and consulting assignments, including in the development of econometric market models, pre-development financial and feasibility analyses, as well as litigation consulting.

In all, Scott has been engaged the valuation and analyses related to commercial real estate for the past 37 years, including a brief stint as a junior partner in a small development firm. His expertise is largely oriented towards the multi-family housing sector; however, he has worked on a wide variety of property types, including office, retail, industrial, hotel & resort, and agricultural properties. His assignments have included complex appraisal problems, the valuation of fractional interests, eminent domain, air and water rights, and public policy analysis.
