Shannon is Executive Managing Director of Client Service Delivery leading the Portfolio Services Center (PSC) Americas.

Shannon oversees the strategy, operations, and performance of PSC account teams of more than 1,600 associates across the Americas region. Her mission is to ensure that our PSC team provides best-in-class solutions and insights to our clients, leveraging our expertise in lease administration, transactions, project management, facilities management, and strategic consulting.

Responsible for implementing the overall vision and strategy for PSC client accounts within C&W Global Occupier Services, Shannon is the primary executive point of contact for clients in the region, she leads a dedicated account management team, collaborating across the Cushman & Wakefield platform to deliver client value.

Under Shannon's guidance the PSC team achieves operational excellence, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and talent development. Key achievements include securing and expanding multiple contracts with Fortune 500 clients, launching and scaling new service lines and capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity within the PSC.
