Steve specializes in marketing industrial properties. His transaction experience includes Landlord and Tenant representation, Build to Suit, and Land transactions.

Steve Gray joined our firm in 1985 and currently serves as President of the firm and Senior Director of Industrial Services. Steve has completed Tenant Representation assignments for Regional, National, and International companies such as Café Press, Zeon Chemical, Hanna Andersson, Saddle Creek Logistics and Bose. He has also represented developers such as Prologis, Pinchal & Company, Riverport Commerce Center, Oakland Limited Partnership, Boland Maloney Realty, Holly Investors, LLC, and Airport Distribution, LLC.
