Steve specializes in Corporate Real Estate Facilities Services for High Technology Companies. His practice includes leasehold/fee acquisitions, dispositions and strategic planning. While his primary geographic emphasis is in the Silicon Valley and 101 Technology Corridor, he also provides Regional and Global Corporate Facilities Consulting Services utilizing the Cushman & Wakefield platform. He returned to Cushman & Wakefield’s Palo Alto office as Executive Managing Director in early 2014. He was previously with Kidder Mathews as Managing Partner growing the Northern California region. Also, he spent 14 years with NAI BT Commercial as Founder of the Technology Advisory Group serving on BT’s Board of Directors from 2002 - 2007. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Palo Alto office of Cornish & Carey Commercial where he concentrated primarily on representing major R&D corporate high technology users.
Before co-founding the development firm, Bouret, vonLiphart and Dunwoody, Steve was associated as Vice President and Northern California Partner with the Stearns Company, a national developer based in Lexington, Kentucky. With Stearns, he was charged with acquisition and marketing of their Northern California Portfolio. Steve also spent almost 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield starting in Oakland then moving to the San Jose to open the Silicon Valley High Tech Group. During his career he has successfully represented the following clients.
