About

Taylor Zambito is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Orlando Industrial Brokerage Services team. He initially joined Cushman and Wakefield in October of 2018 as a Brokerage Coordinator providing brokerage support to multiple service teams. Shortly after his arrival at Cushman & Wakefield, he was asked to join the team of David Perez and Jared Bonshire to handle their team coordination, which comprised of providing marketing initiates, business development and leasing support. His current role as a Director includes various responsibilities from landlord and tenant representation assignments,  deal management, team organization, and marketing initiatives.  Since joining, in partnership with Jared Bonshire and David Perez, he has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion, and continually strives to provide best-in-class service to customers both on a local and national level.  In addition, Taylor a member of Cushman and Wakefield’s Future Leaders in Orlando, where the group’s mission is to create a network of rising professionals within Cushman & Wakefield through continuing education, collaboration, communication and community service. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Taylor graduated from Louisiana State University in 2016.
