With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tim Winslow has established himself as a leading expert in investment sales across Central San Diego and Southern California.  As a Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, based in San Diego, California he specializes in investment sales, land transactions for high density single-family and multi-family development. His expertise encompasses institutional investments, lender-owned properties, and value-add opportunities.   

Tim began his career as a broker at Daum Commercial in 1985 and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1986. Over his tenure, he has completed some of the most significant transactions in downtown San Diego with billions of dollars in transactions. Notably, he played a key role in facilitating land and commercial site sales across San Diego and Southern California, contributing to the development of over 25,000 new residential units.
