About
As Managing Principal, Tim oversees the brokerage business in the Indianapolis and Michigan offices. He also spearheads new business development efforts and recruiting. Tim is part of the Leadership for Cushman & Wakefield’s Distressed Assets initiative. He led this business during the Great Financial Crisis. In prior roles with the company, Tim was instrumental in the growth of investor services and asset services platforms.
Prior to joining the company in 1997, Tim spent 12 years with the accounting firm of Geo. S. Olive & Company. He began specializing in consulting and compliance and later focused on recruiting and management of Olive’s Indianapolis office.
