Trevor Youngren is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield where he specializes in tenant representation. He has earned a reputation of being a market leader in representing well-known national and local technology, life sciences, consulting, and startup companies. Trevor provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to his clients throughout the Puget Sound region with a special focus on the Eastside and Seattle submarkets.

Trevor has been an exclusive tenant representation specialist for over 16 years. Prior to joining C&W in 2013, he was a Senior Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2008. He began his career in commercial real estate conducting property vacancy surveys for the Washington Center for Real Estate Research and worked for Teutsch Partners, a development and brokerage firm.
