Victoria L. Noonan is the Executive Regional Director of the Midwest at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing operations in Chicago, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Detroit. She focuses on delivering advisory services to clients, building strong relationships with business partners, and executing the region’s growth strategies and recruiting efforts. 

Previously, Vicki served as Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield in metro Chicago, leading a team of over 200 professionals and making an indelible impact on our Chicago business while collaborating with Midwest markets. Under her leadership, she enhanced recruitment efforts and drove significant growth in the region’s brokerage business. 

She joined from Tishman Speyer, where she led the Chicago and Milwaukee leasing teams during her three-decade career. Known for her tenacity and people-centered approach, she champions a diverse and empowered workforce. 

Vicki is a member of the Board of Trustees at Illinois Tech and has joined the board of The Patrick Williams Foundation, which supports minority and female entrepreneurs. Most recently, she was named to Who’s Who in Chicago Business 2025, Real Estate. 

Vicki holds a Juris Doctorate from Illinois Institute of Technology Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University.
