With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and twelve years in the development business, Vince Roche has consistently been a market leader. The top retail producer from 1995-2016 in the Bakersfield office, Mr. Roche has completed lease transactions exceeding 100 million square feet and investment sales transactions exceeding $1,000,000,000. Vince's mission is simple: To provide strategic consultation and transaction services to enable his clients to make the best real estate decisions possible with a focus toward: Maximizing Value, Managing Risks and Reducing Costs

With a diverse background in real estate development, investments, financing, construction project orientation, Vince brings a unique perspective to the brokerage business and the ability to customize solutions for each client's specific needs. His commitment to his clients, his diverse background and skill set, his attention to detail and his passion for the real estate business have earned him long-term relationships with leaders in the retail development and investment communities as well as national and regional tenants.
Vince is one of four partners that owned Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors, an Alliance member of Cushman & Wakefield with offices in Bakersfield, Santa Clarita and Fresno, California and Boise, Idaho. Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors sold to Cushman & Wakefield in December 2021.
Prior to being associated with Cushman & Wakefield in January 2022, Vince and his partners owned and operated Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors, an alliance office of Cushman & Wakefield. Before that, Vince spent 19 years with CBRE. Twelve of those years he was a partner with CB Bakersfield Partners, Inc. Prior to that he was a partner and project manager in the development of over one million SF of retail, office and medical properties in San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Santa Clarita, Bakersfield and Lompoc.
Vince has six (6) children and two (2) granddaughters and enjoys many outdoor activities.
