Zach Kraft serves as Senior Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team where he is responsible for raising debt and equity on behalf of institutional and private clients. Mr. Kraft joined the firm in 2016 and has considerable experience structuring construction, pre-development, bridge, and permanent loans, as well as subordinate debt, JV equity and recapitalizations. Based in New York City, Mr. Kraft has been involved in more than $8 billion of debt and equity placements across all property sectors and major U.S. markets.

Mr. Kraft holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University where he graduated cum laude.
