Building 1, built in 1970 is 20,730 SF and includes 3,600 square feet of newly renovated, air-conditioned office space with some offices overlooking the manufacturing area. Office area also includes men's and women's restrooms and kitchenette. Manufacturing area is serviced by two (2) drive through doors with 3-ton cranes and ceiling heights ranging from 20' 6" to the bottom of the crane rail to 26' 9" to the joist. Building also has one (1) dock door and one (1) ramp in door and four (4) overhead doors to internal docks. Ceiling height in loading dock area is 25' 1" to ceiling and 21' 11" to the joist. Main floor includes men's locker/restroom and breakroom with air conditioning. Building 2, built in 1993 is 51,420 SF and includes some office space, a large newly renovated breakroom and men's and women's restrooms, all air conditioned. High bay manufacturing space includes five (5) bays and each bay has a crane; ceiling height to bottom of the crane rail ranges from 25 to 28 feet. Crane details from furthest north bay going south: Bay 1: (2) 10-ton; Bay 2: (2) 5-ton; Bay 3: (1) 5-ton; Bay 4: (2) 10-ton; Bay 5: (2) 10-ton; Bay 6: (2) 10-ton and Bays 5 and 6: (1) 15-ton, full rail across both bays. Bays are serviced by six (6) overhead doors. Building also includes a utility compressor room.
