01 The Opportunity
Paramount Realty engaged three lenders with the goal of securing a loan to refinance a mixed-use portfolio encompassing 30 retail, medical and office assets located in Pennsylvania and Maryland, encompassing 1.7 million square feet.
02 The Solution
Valuation & Advisory’s Colleen Kudrick, Christin Phillips, Ed Falkowski, Dennis McGeehan and Dave Curran of Philadelphia, with help from Chris Githiari of Maryland and Fawn Everett of New York, completed valuation work sourced from Investors Bank, Ocean First Bank and Provident Bank. V&A bid and won the work from each of the three lenders independently, demonstrating that V&A is the preferred provider in local markets.
03 The Results
V&A completed work and Paramount secured a $215 million loan.
