Founded in 1981, Dynafour Real Estate Ltd began as a small, local, partnership. Recognizing an opportunity to better and more consistently serve the needs of national and multinational clients, our company joined the emerging Canadian Commercial Real Estate Network. In 1996, we adopted the name “J.J. Barnicke”, which had become the common name for all CCREN members.
By 2007 we had recognized a further need for a national and global brand and acquired the Edmonton division of Cushman & Wakefield Lepage.
Since 2007 we have operated as Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton. The company has grown over the last 34 years to include many partners with deep roots in both Edmonton and throughout Alberta.
