Cameron McAlpine is a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group. He is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has over 14 years of appraisal and consulting experience.  Cameron specializes in the valuation of industrial real estate within the GTA and Southwestern Ontario.

In the past two years, Cameron has appraised over 500 Industrial properties, representing over 50 million square feet of real estate and been the Lead Appraiser on multiple large-scale, institutionally-owned industrial portfolios on behalf of clients such as BentallGreenOak, Investors Group, KingSett, Morguard, Nobel REIT, QuadReal, Summit Industrial, Triovest, etc.
