Catherine is a workplace strategy expert, whose experience and degrees in psychology and interior design are uniquely valuable today as more companies pursue workplace transformation in order to meet employee needs and compete in an increasingly digital economy. Focused on how the built environment impacts human behavior, Catherine provides organizations with deep insights and evidence-based solutions for creating employee-focused hybrid workplace strategies that engage and inspire workers, reinforce culture, and meet business objectives.
As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Catherine also brings the methodology and tools needed to manage the human side of change initiatives -- allowing businesses to thrive while implementing cultural shifts to new ways of working.
Catherine’s credentials are further strengthened by a previous career in communications and marketing, during which time she assisted public sector organizations achieve enhanced customer engagement and build trust through multi-media campaigns.
In 2019, she joined the Strategic Consulting Canada from Stantec Architecture, where she had worked as Designer in Corporate Interiors. In that role, Catherine was responsible for providing a broad range of design solutions to clients, including leading the development and implementation of workplace strategy recommendations from concept through to contract documentation.
Catherine’s office designs demonstrate her passion for helping clients create thoughtful human-centered spaces that promote employee engagement and wellbeing, while supporting productivity and business functionality.
