Colleen is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield based in Victoria, BC. She joined the firm in 2013 following twelve successful years in sales and relationship management in the commercial furniture industry in the UK and Vancouver.
A leading office leasing specialist in the Victoria market, she is a Vancouver Island native with extensive knowledge of the office leasing landscape working with both owners and tenants. Colleen develops and maintains strong relationships with her clients who value her impeccable service, communication skills, and attention to detail. Colleen has represented the following tenants: Intact Insurance, Western Cardiology Associates, Investor’s Group, Sunlife Assurance, and RBC. She has listed and leased buildings for the following owners: Wesbild Holdings Ltd, First Capital Realty Corporation, Trieagle Development Corporation, Investors Group Investment Management,
Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Justice from the University of Victoria in 2002 and completed a LEED AP Certification in 2008. She volunteers on the PAC Committee at her son’s school and for her neighborhood Community Association.
