Frances Wu brings an international perspective to Cushman & Wakefield Vancouver after having spent 8 years working within the commercial real estate markets across Asia. Prior to joining C&W Vancouver, Frances was Regional Asset Manager, Property Services for the Royal Bank of Scotland in Hong Kong where she managed over one million square feet of the Bank’s leased and owned office and retail properties across Asia. Previous to RBS, she was Manager, Tenant Representation and Consultant, Strategic Consulting at Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong where she acted for and consulted to many multi-nationals including RBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Nortel Networks, Development Bank of Singapore, China Construction Bank, Barclays Capital and Standard Chartered Bank.
