Ian Newman, Partner of Edmonton’s Investment Sales Capital Markets Group, is a key member with the Investment Sales team providing investment sales, valuation, financial and analytical analysis expertise. He is an active member of the Partnership with over 18 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. He recently completed his term on the firm’s three-person Advisory Committee which is tasked with managing the day to day operations of the company. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ian held the position of Sales Manager for Kraft Foods, responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives in the Northern Alberta Region.

Ian has been involved in numerous investment transactions across a broad range of product types. His primary focus is multi family and mixed use buildings, along with development lands . Ian provides advice and execution services to clients involving selling, investing or building real estate.

In his spare time, he is an active member of Royal Glenora Club and sits on various committees. He also is a member of the Edmonton Country Club. With his wife Kathy and three young daughters their household is very active and full of energy.
