Jamie, a graduate of Dalhousie University, has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1983. His career began with one of the first commercial real estate firms in Halifax and after 15 years of success he co-founded an independent firm, which merged with Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic. Jamie primarily represents tenants in their leasing transactions but also works with Landlords transitioning properties to achieve greater value to their real estate holdings. His practice also includes the ongoing purchase and sale of dental clinics in Atlantic Canada to one of his major clients and the sale of investment property.
