As Vice President, Capital Markets, Jesse Roth specializes in advising owners of high-street urban retail and mixed-use commercial properties through the acquisition and disposition of property, providing full support, and ensuring maximum value for their real estate holdings through the entire life cycle of ownership. Jesse has represented a variety of client types including, private families, developers, private equity firms, public organizations, community associations, religious organizations, and educational institutions.

Jesse grew up with a passion for real estate, coming from a family of residential multi-family and commercial real estate developers. He began his real estate career in 2016 and has developed a firm understanding of both broad and local market dynamics, with a sharp eye for emerging trends. By keeping a close ear to the ground, Jesse ensures his clients are always kept informed of the latest developments in the market and armed with real-time information to make the best decision for their real estate holdings.

In 2019, Jesse partnered with Amir Nourbakhsh and together they have completed over 115 transactions in the GTA valued at over one-quarter billion dollars.
