Joanne Earle joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic as a Research Analyst over ten years ago. Joanne is now a licensed Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent. As such, she has participated in sales and lease transactions throughout Newfoundland and Labrador for a diverse group of corporate and individual clients, primarily in the office and industrial markets. She is a detail-oriented and skilled agent who enjoys the challenges presented by the dynamic market in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Joanne earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Acadia University and is a qualified paralegal. An enthusiastic traveller, she received a certificate in TESL and taught in South Korea. Her work experience has been wide-reaching geographically and is both corporate and entrepreneurial including commercial insurance underwriting, teaching English overseas, concrete repair and restoration and legal research, prior to her start in commercial real estate.
