John is a longstanding, award-winning broker in Vancouver’s Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing divisions, concentrating mainly on the Richmond, Delta and Fraser Valley areas, while working almost exclusively on the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial land and buildings.

John joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.) in 1972 and attained his Agent’s license in 1979. In 1991, took over management of the company’s commercial office in Surrey and, five years later, decided to resume his successful career in sales. Over his career John has worked with clients such as Concert Properties, The Beedie Group, IPSCO, Porte Industries, Revo Holdings, Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal, TD Bank, Western Steel and Orica Canada.
