Jordan Corbett, Senior Associate, works on Cushman & Wakefield’s top producing tenant representation team for Metro Vancouver alongside Bart Corbett. Jordan helps ensure the diverse needs of office occupier clients are served beyond engagement to execution across a broad range of transaction sizes and types, including lease acquisition/disposition, lease renewals, office relocations, expansion/contraction, and portfolio optimization.
Jordan understands the values and strategic drivers of his clients, contributing to a well-rounded, client-centric service delivery through his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and superior market intelligence.
In 2023, Jordan was involved in 60 transactions on behalf of occupier clients, 12 of which as a lead broker, totaling 760,000 sf.
Jordan first joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 as an intern, then analyst, while completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Victoria. During this three-year period Jordan established a strong understanding of Metro Vancouver market dynamics which serves as the foundation of his practice today.
