As Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, Robert (Bob) has been active in Metro Vancouver commercial real estate for over 40 years with his background including all forms of landlord, tenant, and investment-related assignments. His client list is extensive, including representation for multiple Fortune 500 corporations as well as independent businesses on both local and national scales.
Prior to joining Royal LePage (the predecessor of Cushman & Wakefield) in 1980, Bob obtained his Diploma in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. His background, experience, and expertise includes tenant and landlord representation; building and land sales; leasing; and design build construction.
Over the past 2 years, Bob has been directly involved in negotiations in excess of $125 million in industrial lease and sale transactions. His commitment to all aspects of the real estate transaction including construction, environmental, geotechnical, legal, and financial analysis are the cornerstones of his success. In addition to his professional experience, Bob has also sat on numerous boards and committees relating to the local and national commercial real estate markets, as well as a number of community organizations.
