Ryan Rutherford is a Vice President in the retail division of Cushman & Wakefield Calgary. Working alongside Nick Preston - Vice President, and with over 15 years of experience in leasing, construction and finance. Ryan is a proven leader in his field and has played an integral role in many of Alberta’s most successful retail developments. Ryan’s expertise encompasses the entire development process from initial planning and marketing to the final lease up and development of the project. Ryan has also advised many groups on the redevelopment/repositioning of existing retail centres and is responsible for the project leasing of several projects in Calgary and throughout Alberta.

Ryan's team has completed a high volume of transactions with local and multi-national clients in pre-leasing developments, agency leasing and tenant representation. He is a regular contributor/panelist at the Calgary Real Estate Forum and NAIOP Market updates.

Ryan is the chair of the Cushman & Wakefield Charity Golf Tournament and was Board member/Membership chair with the Urban Land Institute Alberta Chapter.
