Zack Darragh is an Associate Vice President in the Industrial Sales & Leasing division of Cushman & Wakefield Calgary.
Since entering brokerage in early 2017, Zack has quickly established himself as an effective and trusted industrial brokerage professional, with a strong emphasis on communication and service delivery to his clients. Zack combines tenacity and work ethic with attention to detail and strategy, which has resulted in a consistent track record of success across various sale and leasing assignments.
Through his dynamic and proven partnership with Brad Pilling, Zack focuses on a variety of real estate services including tenant and purchaser representation, agency and listing representation, land sales, site selection, investment sales and lease renewals. Zack has a strong understanding of owner occupied real estate in Calgary and surrounding local areas and is relied upon by his clients to provide timely and informed market updates and opinion to assist with their real estate objectives.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Zack spent the last five years with an international real estate firm in Calgary. He has worked with many notable clients, such as Exro Technologies, Summit Nano Tech Corp, 310-DUMP, Inertia Environmental, Boardwalk REIT, PC Urban, Burnswest Corporation, DAAM Galvanizing, Neptune Properties, Western HVAC, FFUN Group, Camrock Capital Partners, Varsteel Ltd., Culligan of Canada Ltd., The Metal Building Group, Transource Freightways Ltd., Access Helicopters, Repnor Properties, Western Pacific Transport and Nexus REIT
In his spare time, Zack enjoys spending it with his family, travelling and chasing his kids down the ski hill every weekend.
