OVERVIEW

The property has excellent access to Highway 404 at Steeles Avenue. Phase II of the project is the tallest building in the area with 11 floors. The building has heating and air conditioning by a semi-decentralized VAV system with chillers and boilers, and air distribution through compartment units located on each floor to air slot diffusers throughout, which is zoned between columns. It has power at 120/208 volts via zoned conduits throughout the ceiling leading from the electrical rooms on each floor. It is sprinkler equipped, and has a security passcode system with after-hour patrols.
