Lower openingclear 50% glazing and 2 inch horizontal blinds finish the curtain wall. LOBBY-The entrance area has rust concrete design walls which coordinate with green stone tile walls. The 12 ft. ceilinghas 2 ft. by 2 ft. fluorescent specialty grills which add a decorative touch. ELEVATOR-Three Dover/Turnbull 1,134 kg. or 12 person capacity elevators service typical floors which have private lobbies for tenant use. Brown carpeting and beige demountable partitions, as well as 2 ft. by 4 ft. recessed suspended ceiling tile and 1 ft. by 4 ft. projecting light fixtures comprise the finishings of these areas. The Rideau Centre is situated diagonally across the street for shopping and dining.
