OVERVIEW
The Park of Commerce is the landmark of the City of Gloucester's new financial core. Each tower is designed with an elegant exterior of reflective glass, mirroring surroundings of richly sculptured landscaped gardens and walkways. The lobby has marble walls and flooring and is accented with greenery and fresh flowers. On each floor the, the office suites are introduced with carpeted floors, and full height doors of solid oak. Floor to ceiling windows provide natural light. A security system is manned and monitored 24 hours a day. State-of-the-art equipment has been used to maintain a comfortable environment with the least possible expenditure of energy; variable volume air conditioning systems, efficient low-watt lighting systems, and insulated glass.
