The building exterior on all street frontages is a glass and aluminum curtainwall. The lobby is finished with marble walls and terrazzo floors, and contains four elevators that service the building. The building has elevators serving the north and south side of each floor. Situated next to the St. Andrew subway station, directly across the street from the Sun Life Centre. The area contains a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment facilities, including Roy Thomson Hall and the Royal Alexandra Theatre. First class hotels are also in the immediate vicinity.
