The building is located next to Commerce Court. The building is centrally located in Toronto's Financial District, close to government offices, hotels, restaurants, and major retail centres. There is direct connection to the PATH System and underground subway access to King station. The building has been completely reconstructed and refurbished, inside and out. The building provides a new 'state-of-the-art' computerized security system with card access after hours. There are 5 fully-modernized, logic-controlled, high-speed elevators with new finishes. Each floor is wired through individual risers. The complex has one main telephone room and sub-rooms located on each floor. The track lighting fixtures are 12" x 48" recessed with 2 energy-saving lamps and electronic rapid start bulbs. The building is barrier-free and handicap-accessible.
