Nestle Building

This 21 storey project has been designed by Strong Associates Architects. The building has reflective blue glass, a poured concrete foundation and a reinforced concrete structure. The entrance is designed as an angled three-storey atrium leading to a winter garden lobby. Seven high speed elevators serve the tower floors. Two shuttle elevators provide quick access to the 5 levels of underground parking. Window sills are positioned 2' 6" from the floor, with windows extending up to the 9' ceilings. This building has direct underground access to the Sheppard subway station. 25 Sheppard Avenue West is only a 20 minute ride from Toronto's downtown core. For motorists, Hwy 401 is located one minute from the corner, bringing the Don Valley Parkway and the Pearson International Aiport within easy proximity.
