Investment activity remains subtle in the Swedish real estate market but is showing signs of recovery following an increased optimism. As a proportion of the total transaction volume, the share within the office segment remains relatively low compared to pre-pandemic years. However, activity in the segment has increased, particularly in central Stockholm, with several transactions having taken place since last autumn.
