Gareth is responsible for the management of the Thailand office. He brings 14 years Property & Asset Management experience with several international consultancies across Asia Pacific, with a strong focus on South East Asia. Gareth has operated in markets such as New Zealand, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

Gareth’s main areas of focus have been providing operational strategic advice and management services for clients who own, develop, and occupy office, industrial, and retail properties.

He has also helped organisations implement best practice property procedures to ensure they are maximizing returns and complying with corporate governance requirements.
